Heritage 1650 honours the first North American cider by including many of the very apple varieties passed down from that inaugural batch, crafted in New England more than 365 years ago.
This truly dry cider is a tart champagne-style cider with higher acidity and tannic character creating an intense green apple flavour that is clean and crisp. This cider pairs well with smoked fair, lamb, pork, and BBQ meats or try it with more intense cheeses such as blues, smoked or aged unpasteurized cow’s milk cheeses.
